PhoneLess is a digital wellbeing and productivity app for iPhone and Android. It helps people put boundaries around distracting apps, protect time with Focus Sessions, share progress with friends and take on challenges.
For the moments you want to protect
PhoneLess is for people who want to spend less time in distracting apps and more time on what they choose: work, study, time with other people or time away from the screen.
You can use it on your own. When shared encouragement helps, you can create or join a group and bring friends into your progress.
Boundaries, progress and a reason to keep going
Blocking puts a boundary around chosen apps. A Focus Session gives a particular stretch of time a beginning and an end. Shared progress gives friends something concrete to talk about, and challenges give that progress a goal.
PhoneLess brings these options together so you can choose the kind of commitment that fits your routine. A social Blocking Contract can add friend-approved temporary breaks when configured; it is separate from ordinary group encouragement.
